Criteria for arts educators 2012

Govt of Punjab is going to announce vacancies for recruitment of Arts Educators shortly.
Criteria for these posts will be different from that of Science Educators. The main characteristic of the criteria is that No specific number are reserved for DIVISION rather a formula has been set for determining the merit.
Formula is as under :

(Matric percentage multiply 0.25) +
(Inter percentage multiply 0.25) +
(Graduation percentage multiply 0.35) +
(B.Ed Percentage multiply 0.05) +
Masters percentage multiply 0.10) +
*Masters only specific subject
Interview Marks.
These vacancies will be on Tehsil Level.
